Compensation

  • Annual Base Salary $40,000–$45,000
  • Monthly Sales Incentives (performance-based)
  • Total Earning Potential $60,000–$100,000+ (base + incentives)

Role Description

As an Account Manager for Jose Rosario – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily operations and our customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships, excellent service, and consultative, needs-based conversations that help customers protect their budget, assets, and long-term goals.

You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency solutions, supporting both retention and growth.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (as required based on business needs)
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide clear, needs-based recommendations.
  • Provide high-level service policy changes, billing support, coverage updates, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Resolve complex customer concerns by coordinating with internal team members and carrier partners when needed.
  • Quote, present, and close policies using needs-based selling for both inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule reviews and identify coverage gaps across Auto, Home, Life, and Health.
  • Support customers during the claims process (intake guidance and follow-up) while maintaining a strong service experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems (CRM, notes, tasks).
  • Follow all applicable guidelines and procedures, maintaining a compliance-first approach.
Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED (you will serve Spanish-speaking customers daily).
  • Insurance experience required (account management, sales, or customer service within insurance/financial services).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits; able to multitask and prioritize.
  • Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, quoting tools, Microsoft Office).
  • Professional, dependable, and willing to engage in proactive sales conversations.
Licensing (Required)

  • Florida 2-20 (General Lines Agent Property & Casualty)
  • Florida 2-15 (Life, Health & Annuities)
Securities Licensing (Preferred / Plus)

  • Series 6 and Series 63 (a plus)
  • Series 65 (willingness to obtain preferred)
