"My experience had been a nightmare. I contacted the agency to get a quote for my house insurance and after I signed the contract, the underwriter changes the policy. This started back in October 2023, and I haven't heard any explanation of why they change of the policy. I been doing a follow up every single week, without any response, than my case had been escalated for a supervisor to reviewed and they will contact me as soon they have an answer. It's very frustrating in trust in an insurance company like this. I can't understand how long a supervisor needs to review a case back from October. Just be careful with this agency because can take a while to resolve your situation. I wish I had Jake from Statefarm as a representative, he will be more knowledgeable than any of the employee in this location."

"Jose Valenzuela an agent for State Farm called me again following up on me from a previous quote. He took his time to hear all of our needs and paid attention to details. After he looked at all the products they offer and recommended the right one for us. At the best price of course. Service from him is 5 stars quality and very attentive and straight forward. "El día 22 de abril 2023 hizo una cotización con el sr. Luis flores, me contacto vía Telefono y muy amablemente me cotizó mis vehículos incluyendo una moto, le expliqué que mi seguro de lo 2 vehículos vencía el primero de junio y que por los momentos aseguraría solo mi Harley Davidson pero que estaría seguro que aseguraría mis vehículos o un par de nuevos vehículos que quería comprar, la cotización fue por 213 dólares, hoy 24 de mayo del corriente año 2023 al llamarlo me índico que el seguro había aumentado a 367 dólares, 150 DOLARES MÁS aproximadamente, al parecer por un supuesto aumento en el sistema, me parece poco ético de su parte el no mantener el precio ofrecido."
