ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Registered Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jose Rosario - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide investment options and consult securities to customers.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend investment products.
  • Manage customers portfolios and provide ongoing support.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Conduct presentations and seminars on investment topics.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customers interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

SCHEDULE
  • Monday to Friday during business hours.
  • Occasional after-hours client appointments or events may be required based on client needs and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Trilingual in Spanish and Portuguese Preferred
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Active FINRA registration Series 6 or equivalent required (Series 63/65 preferred or required based on role setup).
  • Life & Health (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) required.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation habits
  • Proficiency with CRM/financial software and general technology tools
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and a compliance-first mindset
  • This is a long-term, career-oriented role; we invest heavily in training, compliance, and client development and are looking for professionals committed to growing within the agency.
COMPENSATION
  • Base $45,000 + incentives/commission
  • Typical first-year $60,000–$80,000
  • Top performers $100k+
  • Additional licensing (P&C and/or advanced investment licensing) may increase income potential
